Return & Refund Policy

At  Casual Agenda, every product is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind). However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re happy to resolve any issues with your order.

✅ We Accept Replacements or Refunds If:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The item is defective or has a manufacturing error

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design

📸 To Request a Replacement or Refund:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email/contact form], and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🔄 Resolution Options:

Once the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

🚫 We Cannot Offer Returns or Refunds For:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or color ordered)

  • Orders where the shipping address was incorrect

  • Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery

🛑 Important: Please double-check the size guide and product details before ordering. All items are made to order and printed by our production partners via Printify.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
